Director, Paul Knowles – our leading groundsman, he won the Student of the year Award 2000 Moulton College, Northampton. He is also the winner of the 2005 and 2016 Groundsman and Pitch of the Year Award. Over the years he has worked with premiership clubs across a full range of sporting pitches. Today Paul is regularly called upon to work his magic on struggling pitches when a premier grade pitch is desired.
Co-Director, Brett Solkhon – one of our senior groundsmen, Brett has been a semi-professional footballer for over 20 years. He has been a sports educator, lecturer and speaker for many years and throughout this time Brett has maintained an interest in playing surfaces, working on the pitch care maintenance with Greenbay for over a decade.
